Potholes suck. Chris hit one, and now the front right rim is damaged. We got the flat tire off with the help of the AAA. Bested by a lugnut! Arrrgh!

Weather-wise, it is starting to be truly beautiful. Time to get the bike in working order again.
Speaking of bikes, I had no idea kids could be so slow on theirs. While Amberlea was “going fast” (her words), I was attempting to keep balance on a bike that was barely moving. I guess tire-size accounts for a lot. :)

We’ll try and find the Evil Pothole and take pictures. If I can, I am going to foist this expense on the insurance or the city of Springfield. I don’t really care which, as long as I don’t have to pay the repair.

My landlord might have found a buyer for this house. Said buyer wishes to move in, and move elderly parents into the upstairs apartment. We have a monthly rental agreement, which means that now is the time to look for a new place. Most unfortunate. 4 people accumulate a goodly amount of stuff, and we were just beginning to settle in. Plus, the kids found friends in the area. It is to be hoped that we can find living arrangements reasonably close by.

Bookwise, the book is off to the printers. Should be back from printing Tuesday.

In other news … there are no other news. I work a lot. And actually enjoy it, most of the time.
